Selection Process

A Structured 6-Stage Hiring Process

All interviews are conducted in person at our Gurgaon office.

Profile Submission

Shortlisting

HR reviews every profile within 5–7 working days. Only shortlisted candidates move to the next stage.

Round 1 — Technical / Practical

Role-relevant assessment: coding test for engineering, scenario assessment for sales/marketing. 30–60 min, in person.

Round 2 — Management Interview

Senior leadership evaluates communication, role understanding, attitude and cultural fit. 30–45 min.

Selection & Offer

Offer letter within 72 hours of final selection. NDA, IP assignment and identity verification at joining.

Onboarding

Structured orientation, systems setup, team introduction and 30-day performance benchmarking. Probation: 6 months.

Hiring FAQ

Before You Apply

What are the office working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday is a weekly off. Occasional extended hours may be required during project deadlines.
How do I reach the office?
Unit 401, Tower-2, DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurgaon. Nearest metro: Sector 55–56 (Yellow Line). Autos and cabs are readily available from the metro; the business park has parking.
Is the salary range negotiable?
No. The CTC bands listed for each role are final and non-negotiable. Offers are made strictly within the stated band based on experience, skill assessment and interview performance. If your current CTC is significantly above the band, please do not apply.
What is the probation period?
6 months, with structured onboarding and performance benchmarking. A formal review at the end of probation confirms employment, with potential salary revision. Freshers who perform well receive a 20–30% increment on confirmation.
Do you offer notice period buyouts?
No. Candidates must serve their complete notice period and provide a proper relieving letter. Early joining with the current employer’s email approval is acceptable.
Are fresher roles paid during training?
Yes. Fresher positions carry a fixed monthly stipend/salary from Day 1 — there is no unpaid training period. All fresher hires get a senior mentor for the first 3 months.
What documents are needed at joining?
Educational certificates (original + photocopy), previous experience letters, last 3 salary slips, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details and 2 passport-size photographs. NDA and IP Assignment Agreement are signed on the day of joining.
Is relocation assistance provided?
Not at this stage — candidates arrange their own accommodation in Gurgaon. The policy may be reviewed for senior roles case by case.
When is salary credited?
On the last working day of every month, directly to your registered bank account via NEFT/IMPS.
Is there a bond or service agreement?
No service bond or lock-in beyond the standard notice period clause. All employees sign an NDA and IP Assignment Agreement, which remains binding after employment ends.
I’m in my final semester — can I apply?
Yes, if you can join within 4–6 weeks. A provisional offer may be issued against your final result, with joining confirmed on submission of your final marksheet or provisional degree.
