This Privacy Policy explains how Skyline Tech Intelligence Global Private Limited (“STIT Global”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use stitglobal.com (the “Website”), submit an enquiry, apply for a job, or otherwise interact with us. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.

1. Personal data we collect

• Project enquiries: name, business email, phone number, company name, service interest, budget range, timeline and the details you share in your message.
• Job applications: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, position applied for, experience, current location, current and expected compensation, notice period, portfolio/profile links, your resume/CV and any information it contains, and your cover note.
• Communications: emails and WhatsApp messages you exchange with us, including delivery metadata.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18, and our services are directed at businesses and working professionals.

2. Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project (performance of steps prior to a contract).
• To evaluate your job application, communicate interview logistics and complete recruitment (with your consent given at submission).
• To send transactional confirmations by email and WhatsApp — for example acknowledging your enquiry or application. We do not send marketing broadcasts without separate consent, and you may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
• To maintain the security, performance and legal compliance of our Website and business.

3. Consent

Our forms require you to confirm consent before submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@stitglobal.com; we will stop the related processing unless we are legally required or permitted to continue (for example, retaining records of a concluded engagement).

4. Sharing of personal data

We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions to run this Website and our communications — including our hosting provider, email delivery services and our WhatsApp messaging gateway — and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Job application data is accessible only to our HR and management team via careers@stitglobal.com.

5. Retention

• Project enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, unless an engagement follows.
• Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months from submission, so we can consider you for future openings; deleted earlier on request.
• Legal and accounting records: as required by applicable law.

6. Security

We use reasonable security practices appropriate to the nature of the data, including HTTPS encryption across the Website, access-controlled mailboxes, role-restricted administrative access and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and how it has been processed; to correction and completion of inaccurate data; to erasure where processing is no longer necessary; to grievance redressal; and to nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

To exercise any right, email info@stitglobal.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We respond within a reasonable period and in any case within timelines prescribed under applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies and third-party links

The Website currently uses only essential cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function (such as security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting provider). Embedded third-party content — for example Google Maps on our contact page and WhatsApp click-to-chat links — is governed by the privacy policies of those providers once you interact with it.
